What are your delivery hours? expand_more
Our couriers deliver 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM local Calgary time. Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
Ordering & Tracking
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery? expand_more
No minimum order amount required! Orders under $50 have a flat $4.99/$5.99 delivery fee, while orders over $50 get FREE Same-Day Delivery.
How can I track my order? expand_more
As soon as your order is assigned to a courier, you will receive an SMS text message with a live tracking link. You can also view live delivery status in your Account Dashboard.
Age Verification
Do I need to show ID upon delivery? expand_more
Yes. Alberta law mandates age verification (19+) for all nicotine vape products. The person receiving the package must present valid government-issued photo ID matching the order name.
What happens if I cannot provide valid ID? expand_more
If valid ID cannot be produced, the courier is strictly prohibited from leaving the package. The order will be returned to our Calgary hub and may be subject to a restocking fee.
